These terms cover this website, the beta list, and the services and communications of Really Cool Software LLC, doing business as Kasey Builds. The Kasey Builds Lead Follow-Up text program described below is operated by Digital Web Assets LLC, doing business as Kasey Builds.

The beta list

Joining the beta list is free and needs only an email address. Early access means you hear about builds and invitations first. It does not guarantee access, features, or dates. Brick City, Iron Passport and OverReact are provided as is. Brick City contains mature content: intense violence, gore, strong language and fictional drug activity.

Project scopes, pricing, and timelines are agreed per engagement in writing. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until both parties confirm an engagement.
