Who we are

This website, the beta list, and the marketing for Brick City, Iron Passport and OverReact are operated by Really Cool Software LLC, doing business as Kasey Builds ("we", "us"). The Kasey Builds Lead Follow-Up text program is operated by Digital Web Assets LLC, doing business as Kasey Builds.

Information we collect

When you join the beta list we collect your email address, the interests you pick, the page and campaign you came from, and the time you signed up. We do not ask for a phone number on the beta list. When you contact us by phone, form, or text message, we collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, phone number, email address, and details about the project or service you are asking about.

If you accept cookies, we also collect device and usage data (pages viewed, referring campaign, clicks on key buttons) through analytics and ad measurement tools.

How we use it

  • To send the confirmation email and the beta updates you asked for. We use double opt-in, so nothing is sent until you confirm your email.
  • To email every new beta signup to our team inbox (team@kaseybuilds.com) so we can follow up.
  • To respond to your inquiry, follow up on your request, schedule consultations, and provide the services you asked for.
  • To measure which pages and campaigns work, only if you accept cookies.

Cookies and your choice

Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them. Use Reject non-essential on the banner to say no, or Cookie settings in the footer to change your mind. If you accept, Google, Meta and TikTok tools measure visits and ad results. When you join the beta list and have accepted cookies, we may also send them a hashed version of your email and the signup event so they can match results. We do not send those details if you rejected cookies.

Text messaging

Kasey Builds Lead Follow-Up is an informational text program. Consent is collected only on the public opt-in page at https://kaseybuilds.com/sms/ or by a recorded verbal yes on an inbound call using the script published on that page. This privacy page is not an opt-in form. Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers that help us operate (such as our email, text, hosting and phone providers), and only as needed to serve you. Ad and analytics tools receive data only as described in the cookies section.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text. To see, correct or delete your information, email team@kaseybuilds.com. We keep beta list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Children

The beta list is not directed to children under 13. Brick City contains mature content and is not for children.
