2. Verbal opt-in on a recorded inbound call

When someone calls the Kasey Builds business line, the call is recorded. The receptionist reads this exact script before any text is sent:

Only a clear spoken yes is treated as consent. If the caller says no, or does not answer, no SMS is sent. The caller’s number is the number they called from.
